Scope: This document outlines the legal and ethical commitments regarding the protection of data accessed during Remote IT Support and Quality Assurance (QA) testing services.

 

1. Remote Access and "Supervised Intervention" (IT Support)

"Connections to our customers' personal or corporate devices (Workstation/PC) are only made upon request and under the 'Attended Access' principle."

 

• Protocol: AnyDesk or TeamViewer connections are made while the customer is at their screen.

• Zero-Trace: When the support session ends, no backdoor or persistent access tool is left in the system.

• Password Privacy: Administrator passwords or BitLocker keys are either entered by the client or returned to the client after the transaction and then destroyed by us.

 

2. Test Data and "Leakage" (QA & Software Testing)

"In testing mobile games in beta, AI voice recordings (Datasets), or unreleased software, full respect is shown for Intellectual Property (IP) rights."

• Beta Leak Protection: Screenshots, bug reports, or in-game mechanics of the tested application will never be shared on social media or in the portfolio until the product is officially released.

• Test Data Security: Temporary data stored on test devices (e.g., Samsung A54 - Android 16) is permanently deleted from the device immediately after project submission (sign-off) ("Wipe" operation).

 

3. Data Privacy and Anonymization (Case Studies)

"Success stories used in portfolios or case studies are published with client consent or with the data completely anonymized (logo and name blurred). The client's trade secrets are never disclosed."

 

4. Legal Guarantees and Global Standards (US/EU Compliance)

• US and EU Compliance: Our services are conducted in accordance with US Copyright Act (DMCA) and EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards.

• Ownership Transfer (Work for Hire): All system installations, QA reports, and created digital assets are 100% owned by the customer upon completion of payment.
